When you purchase an item from Auto Rim Shop, you’re also purchasing guaranteed satisfaction with your item and your experience!  We strive for greatness and hope to deliver just that! Our team members are dedicated to making it happen, but mistakes happen. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before installing the item, this is VERY important:

If we made the error in shipping you the incorrect item, please let us know.

We will send you a prepaid return label and offer you a free exchange if the item is in stock, or a full refund.

If the item was damaged during shipping, please let us know.

We will make a claim with UPS, send you a prepaid return label, and offer you a free exchange if the item is in stock, or a full refund.

If you ordered the incorrect item, please let us know.

We will accept returns on uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery, but you will have to cover the shipping to return the item.  Please note that there is 15% restocking fee for items ordered incorrectly.

If you no longer need the item and would like to cancel, please let us know.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned merchandise is delivered back to us and confirmed with a tracking number. Once a refund is put into processing, please allow 2-3 business days for completion. The refund will be returned to its original form of payment. We appreciate the opportunity to improve your experience.
