Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

All orders take 1-2 business days to process before they can be shipped. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible by the following business day. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. For estimated ship dates on expedited shipping please call our customer care team Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm EST.

Are these wheels new or reconditioned?

Here at Auto Rim Shop you may encounter two types of wheels. Some listings offer brand new replacement wheels and others are factory OEM and have been professionaly inspected and reconditioned back to like-new. We only repair for cosmetic damages, therefore the wheels are guaranteed to not have any sort of structural damage like bends or cracks.

Do you ship outside of the US and Canada?

For any orders shipping outside of the US, Canada, or Puerto Rico, shipping arrangements would need to be made through a freight forwarding company. We will be happy to provide you with any information the freight forwarding company may need.

Can I sell my old wheels?

As long as your wheels do not have structural damage, such as any bends or cracks and we do not have an abundance in inventory, we would be happy to make an offer on them.

We would request a picture of your wheels along with the year, make and model and your best contact information. Please send over that information to our purchasing manager: danny@autorimshop.com.

How do I know if I am ordering the right wheel?

Send us a picture: You can send us a picture of your wheel, along with the year, make, model, and application (front passenger, rear driver, etc.). In most cases we can go off of just that information to confirm the part you need. To do so, please submit your photos and car info to support@autorimshop.com.

Match the OEM part number: The most accurate way to confirm you are getting the correct item is if you have the OEM part number of the wheel you are trying to replace. You can find that number engraved on the back side of the wheel and match it up to the part numbers we provide in the listing. If you don't have access to the back of your wheel, no worries! You can also call your local dealership, provide them with your VIN number, and ask them for the part number of the wheel (sometimes you may have to specify if you need the front or the rear wheel).

*If you have ever made any modifactions to your vehicle, it would be best to consult with a local mechanic before purchasing.

Are center caps and lugnuts included?

Unfortunately, we do not sell or stock center caps or lugnuts at this time, so they are not included in our listings.
