I ordered the wrong part; Can I return it?
Of course, with so many options, it can happen! Returns are accepted on any unused item within 14 days of receipt. All items MUST be in the same condition received, and must not be installed, driven on, or altered in any way. This means no visible signs of use, missing pieces, installed wheel weights, or valve stems.

Note: Returns made for customer error are subject to a return label and restocking fee which can be found on our Return Policy. Our service team will gladly assist you in ordering the right item and helping you get the restocking fee waived.

I don’t need an item anymore; Can I return it?

Note: If you ordered the wrong item and the item does not fit you are subject to a return and restocking fee, please check our Return Policy. Errors do happen in shipping so if we sent you the wrong item, we will cover return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
Due to automated order processing, we unfortunately CAN NOT accept order cancellations at this time. If you no longer want/need the item[s] purchased, please wait for your item[s] to arrive and follow the steps found on our “Return Policy” page to successfully request a shipping label and return the unwanted item[s] back to us.

The item is damaged or defective; what I can do?
If your item has arrived damaged, do not install the item, and initiate a return immediately. We’d love to make it right and will gladly honor returns within 14 days of receipt. All items will need to be in the same condition received, and must not be installed, driven on, or altered in any way. This means no visible signs of use, missing pieces, installed wheel weights, or valve stems.

I received an item that does not match what I ordered, what I can do?
If you mistakenly received the incorrect part, do not install the item and initiate a return immediately. We’d love to make it right and will gladly honor returns within 14 days of receipt. All items will need to be in the same condition received, and must not be installed, driven on, or altered in any way. I accidently entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?
Due to automated order processing, we CAN NOT update or change the delivery address on purchased orders. If you’ve made an error and input the incorrect address, we advise you to reach out to the carrier once you’ve received shipping information.

International shipping
We do not offer international shipping. If you are within the contiguous 48 states, we can ship to you! We can also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands for an additional shipping fee.

Please contact us at support@autorimshop.com for a shipping quote but keep in mind you may be subject to local tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees.

The same wheel is listed as "OEM" and also as "Replacement". What's the difference?
We offer two types of wheels: OEM and compatible aftermarket.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) wheels are pre-owned factory original wheels that have been reconditioned to look like new. We only accept and refinish cosmetic damages such as scuffs and scratches, so our wheels are guaranteed to be structurally sound and will perform as if you just drove off from the dealership.

Compatible aftermarket wheels are brand new replacements, designed to look and perform just like the original OEM wheels on your vehicle. These wheels have never been used or reconditioned. The difference from these would be the missing OEM part number engraved on the backside. Factory original wheels will have the engraving while replicas will not.
