Return and Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) received, we will happily accept a return for a refund!
Returns are accepted on any unused item within 14 days of receipt. This means the item must not be installed, mounted, driven on, or altered in anyway.
The items MUST be returned in the condition received.
All return labels will be provided within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) of the return being accepted.
If a return is due to an error made by Auto Rim Shop you will not incur any restocking fee, however if the return is initiated due to fault of the customer (ordered wrong item, no longer want/need the item, etc.) a restocking fee will apply:

Due to the unique nature and size of our products, and the time, labor and costs associated with ensuring that each wheel order is correctly finished, as well as the automated nature of our fulfillment, which ensures that each order is shipped as efficiently as possible from the proper distribution warehouse, any order that is cancelled while in process, will be assessed a $20 per wheel processing fee.
If you believe that you ordered the incorrect item, and wish to purchase the correct item, the processing fee can be waived.
Important Note: Due to the highly customized nature of FORGED WHEELS, we CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for any FORGED WHEEL[S] purchased.
