Buying anything this expensive online from a seller you've never dealt with before can be a let’s just say a little nerve-racking. So my biggest concern was buying an unknown company. However, my son-in-law recommended them and he’s a gear head so it turned out real good.

Details: I purchased a 5-spoke rim for my 2018 Audi A5 to replace one that got cracked by a pothole. to cut to the chase, Everything went exactly the way you'd hope it would.
The ordering process was easy, communication was clear, shipping was fast, and the rim arrived securely packaged (see pic)

I could not be happier with the refurbished 20-year old Acura A-Spec wheels I purchased from Auto Rim Shop. They are absolutely beautiful and look great on my 2005 Honda Civic Si. Damaged a 18” rim on my 2021 F150 Powerboost in the crazy traffic in Atlanta last week and Auto Rim had a replacement at a good price. It and the TPMS sensor shipped quickly and matched perfectly with the others and got me off the 17” spare quickly. Would definitely use them again!

My wheel was received in a strong and well protected box. The wheel looked like new on inboard and outboard sides. I had a local shop swap my tire and TPMS components to the new wheel along with balancing. I installed my new wheel and torqued lug bolts to spec and could not be happier with fit and look. I have driven the vehicle approximately 25 miles on various road services and speeds and I’m extremely satisfied with wheel performance.

Superb product, fast delivery and excellent customer service

My wheels were badly damaged after finding the biggest pothole on Sunset Avenue. Thankfully, Auto Rim Shop came through with OEM replacement rims. Transaction went well. I was able to replace a bent rim in a week’s time for my 2018 Focus ST with the 18 inch wheels. And the price was better than any other sources online.

I purchased an oem rim for my accord and it turned out to be the perfect replacement. Looks amazing and the service was great (see attached video).

I was really worried ordering a rim online! Katherine was great. They guaranteed it would fit . The rim arrived and it was perfect and fits!!! It makes my other rims look like they need a good cleaning.

New rim was perfect shape, not exactly the same color as the other ones, but I had all 4 rims painted to match.
